3 of 5 Didn’t sew out well December 15, 2021

I use a Qbot, and the file extension I needed wasn’t included. I contacted the company via email and phone, but received no response.
I was able to convert one of the files so I could use it, but the design did not sew out as nicely as I would have liked.
