5 of 5 Stitches beautifully November 25, 2020
Reviewer: Ronna Boles from Estes Park, CO United States
This pattern stitched out beautifully and was exactly what my customer was looking for. I didn’t have any problems with thread breaks and I like the various elements from Harry Potter that were incorporated into the design.

Quilted our nicely although it does dbl back over the top set of stars. I didn’t like that.

5 of 5 Lightning Strikes Harry Potter March 15, 2020
Reviewer: Robert Scholle from Cincinnntii, OH United States
The recommended size is 12+, but I have stitched out edge to edge in 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch sizes.
I have stitched out custom sized blocks in 4 x 4, 5 x 6, and 8.5 x 8.5 while still holding the pattern curves and points.

3 of 5 Overstitches December 27, 2019
Reviewer: Ann Woodhead from Auburn, ME United States
It’s a cute design.  However, there is an area where three stars are are over stitched, or the stitches are retraced.  This results in stitches that do not line up and look poorly done. Rather than trying to retrace such a long line of stitching with the angles of the star points, the designer could have echoed the lines, maybe by 1/8”, which would have looked like a shadow, but certainly better than stitches that are supposed to line up, but don’t.  Had I known about this over stitching, I would have chosen some other Harry Potter design, but this is the one my customer picked.

5 of 5 Fabulous July 31, 2019
Reviewer: Dorothy Davies from Andover, Hampshire United Kingdom
My son chose this pattern for a Harry Potter quilt for my granddaughter. I was a little daunted as it looked very complicated but I was very pleasantly surprised at how beautifully it stitched out. It looks amazing on the quilt. 11 out of 10.

This was used in a Harry Potter quilt. It has very nice details. Works best in large blocks or spaces 12+ inches. Would recommend this pattern
