Bad file July 31, 2022 Reviewer: Johnnie Sweeney from Leesburg, FL United States   My daughter purchased a file from Intelligent Quilting that didn’t work properly.  We emailed the company and no one responded.  Have to say we were disappointed in the customer service. April 27, 2020 Reviewer: Angeline Douglas from Paw Paw MI., MI United States   This was my first order for my computerized longarm.  I love the design.  Since this was the first design I tried to download and then get it into my system I had difficulty figuring that out.  Slow learning curve for an old gal.  Not the fault of the designer for sure!!
