Can I return my purchased patterns?
	Digital purchases are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a pattern you have already purchased at Intelligent Quilting, we will be happy to refund money for that pattern. What you are purchasing is a licence for unlimited personal use of a digital pattern; double unlimited use is not necessary, nor is it a thing.
Paying with PayPal
	We are happy to provide PayPal as a payment option. If you choose this option, you will be redirected to log-in to your PayPal account. After your purchase, if you are not automatically redirected back to Intelligent Quilting, just log back in to your account, click on Review Orders, and your purchases should be ready and available for download.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You are purchasing a licence to use the patterns provided at Intelligent Quilting. Therefore, at this time no sales tax is due on these digital (non-tangible) products.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.
