The design is depicted as being offset and nested.  As it turns out, it is not.  I submitted a question to Intelligent Quilting but never did get a response.  Not the first time this has happened.

I needed a design for a quilt with Minnie Mouse on it.  This one worked perfectly as the bows were similar to the bows on the fabric.  Very cute design.
