I bought this design on 9/26/19 and had issues that have not been resolved (10/2/19). The design has oddly placed lines. Need GPF. DXF did not convert correctly. I have sent multiple emails and left a message with no results. I have had problems before but they were quickly resolved. Not sure what is going on. Hope to get resolution soon,
