5 of 5 The Perfect 'Airy' Design December 13, 2023

I use this design often when quilting over hand embroidered blocks. Stitching it with a very lightweight thread, the design is dense enough to secure the hand stitches without obscuring the embroidery.

I used this over a cross stitch design .  it was done many years ago and the blocks were not all even and square.  This design was perfect, it complimented the blocks and the imperfections were not as noticeable.

I just finished quilting a large wedding quilt using this pattern.  The pattern is a block design but it also works well as an all over pattern.  It quilted up beautifully on my quilt and I highly recommend this as it's fast and well done.  It's also funto watch it stitch on the Statler.  Like a Spirograph design from my youth.
