I used silky poly satin. It’s a stunner. Note:  if longarming this consider making the angel wings not short enough to fit in quilting area. Good idea to reduce size of blocks so that two rows fit in quilting area.

This stitched out into a lovely piece.  Lining up the designs was not difficult.  I put cross hatching in the negative space.  Makes a relatively quick and elegant baby gift.
